Our Experience
Colorado Carpet Cleaning Masters has been in the water restoration and water removal industry for over 15 years. In that time we have performed water restoration in churches, multi level hotels, multi level apartment complexes and primarily in residential neighborhoods. We are also certified to do top down drying in clean water situations. Top down drying involves the removal of water from carpets without first replacing the pad. The owner of Colorado Carpet Cleaning masters is a Master Water Restoration Technician with the IICRC. Fast water removal from your home is essential to prevent mold and to ensure that as many wet materials as possible are saved.
Our Method
It’s not really dry until our instruments say that it’s dry! We use high tech moisture meters to determine if water has been eliminated from every possible material. Many companies may guess and hope that materials are dry without really knowing for sure. When this happens the possibility of permanent damage or mold escalates dramatically. We know how to prevent mold and bacterial growth, while preserving everything we can. We are trained in particularly messy situations like sewage spills and black water, and can be trusted to handle any emergency water situation.
Our water restoration technicians undergo rigorous schooling to obtain an IICRC in order to learn the proper way to measure and record all wet surfaces that they may encounter in a water restoration job. We also guarantee all water restoration jobs for one year. When your house is at risk choose a company that knows the proper methodology that is required.
Pricing
Carpet Masters uses prices that are set by the Insurance Industry. These prices can be found in the “Blue Book” which is published and updated yearly. If your water damage incident is covered by your insurance policy, you will only be responsible for your deductible.
Our certified water technician will collect your deductible on his initial visit. Once your deductible is paid, we will work directly with your insurance company for further billing and to return your home to its pre-loss condition.
